HUDSON VIEW GARDENS

A project to design a complete interior and exterior sign program for Hudson View Gardens, a 1924 landmark fifteen building co-op apartment complex in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. The design objective was to create signs that compliment and promote the historic style of the buildings in cast brass and bronze for a complex-wide visual upgrade for shareholders and prospective buyers.
